Frozen Seafood International Delivery Terms

 

Order Processing

• Orders received by 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day for next-day delivery.*
• Orders placed on Saturday are delivered on Monday (rush delivery for Sunday/Monday available at additional fee).
• We accommodate orders of all sizes.
• 24-hour door-to-door shipping available worldwide.

*All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price.

Shipping & Delivery

• All prices include FedEx or UPS overnight shipping, unless otherwise indicated.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, international customs, and weather conditions.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

International Shipping

• We deliver worldwide.
• All international orders must comply with import/export regulations of the destination country.
• Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees charged at destination are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

Product Condition & Acceptance

• All seafood products are shipped frozen and packed to maintain proper temperature for 24 hours after dispatch.
• Upon receipt, customers must inspect products immediately.
• Any claims regarding condition, shortage, or errors must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic documentation may be required.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of seafood, all sales are final once shipped.
• Refunds or replacement products may be offered at our sole discretion in case of verified damage or loss during shipping.
• To inquire, contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for late deliveries due to weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or customs issues.
• Our liability for claims is limited to the purchase price paid.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled up to 12:00 PM EST on the scheduled ship date.
• Cancellations after shipment are not possible.
