Description

The name Oncorhynchus  is derived from the Greek onkos (hook, mass) and rhynchos (nose, snout) in referenceto the “kype” protrusion from the lower jaw. The Pacific Salmon is themost popular, produced in Alaska, Canada, Chile, Faroe Island, Norway, Scotland and New Zealand.
